Caring for children with complex needs
Stubbs House provides a particularly high level of skilled and committed care to children both girls and boys aged from 6 -13 years. The service is aimed at traumatised children who may have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and provides a highly specialised, structured and safe environment.
At Stubbs House it is our belief that the single most important factor in working with our children is the development of trusting relationships with the adults who are caring for them. To this end each child has frequent opportunities to work on an individual basis with a trusted adult who will provide the child with a variety of opportunities for developing relationships with key people concerned with their care.
